The treatment

Release where it's held longest

Deep tissue massage reaches beneath the surface. Your therapist uses slow strokes, forearm and thumb pressure, and patient hold-and-release techniques to work into the muscle layers where tension settles and stays — the shoulders, lower back, and neck.

It is the treatment for desk-bound days, training loads, and old injuries. The pressure is firm but never forced; your therapist checks in throughout and works only as deep as your body welcomes.

Benefits

  • Breaks down chronic knots and adhesions
  • Restores range of motion and flexibility
  • Eases lower-back and neck pain
  • Supports recovery after training

Good
to know

Will it hurt? +

Deep tissue should feel like a satisfying 'good ache', never sharp pain. Tell your therapist at any point and the pressure is eased — the work is always paced to your comfort.

Might I feel sore afterwards? +

Some guests feel mild tenderness for a day, much like after exercise. Drinking water and resting helps; it usually fades within 24 to 48 hours, leaving the area looser.

How often should I come? +

For a specific issue, every one to two weeks works well until it eases. For general maintenance, once a month keeps tension from building back up.

Who is deep tissue massage best for? +

It's ideal for desk-bound tension, sports recovery, and chronic tight spots in the back, neck and shoulders. If you prefer lighter, purely relaxing work, our Swedish or Aromatherapy massage may suit you better.

What is your cancellation policy? +

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, 50% of the treatment is charged.
